π― Purpose of This Stage
This stage manages recruits who have attended their 1:1 appointment and are actively taking classes, combining automated follow-up with leader engagement to monitor progress, maintain communication, and track optional commitment requirements.
πͺ How a Recruit Enters This Stage
- Automatic Movement:
- After the leader marks the recruit as Showed for their 1:1 appointment during the attendance action.
- Manual Movement (By Leader): Not applicable
βοΈ What Happens When a Recruit Enters
- The leader must update three recruit card fields before completing the attendance action:
- Activate In School Drip? (Taking Classes) β Required
- Must be set to Yes for the recruit to enter the six-month drip.
- The drip includes:
- 19 emails
- 7 text messages
- 6 leader check-ins
- If not indicated before moving the recruit:
- Leader has 30 minutes to update the field.
- If not updated, the system sends a notification to prompt the leader.
- Once updated, the recruit automatically enters the drip; no manual movement is required.
- If the leader decides not to move forward with the recruit, they can exit the pipeline instead, selecting the appropriate Exit Pipeline action.
- Signed Commitment Letter β Optional
- Use only if the Market Center requires In School recruits to sign a commitment letter.
- This tracks completion and reflects on the dashboard.
- Exam Date Check-In Cadence β Required for next stage automation
- Options: Weekly, Bi-weekly, or Monthly
- Located under the In School Pipeline section of the recruit card.
- This setting determines the cadence for check-ins in the In School (Awaiting Exam Date) stage.
- If not set before moving the recruit, it defaults to Weekly, which can be updated later after the recruit has entered the next stage.
- Activate In School Drip? (Taking Classes) β Required
