- The leader receives repeating reminders every 48 hours to connect with the recruit and schedule the Career Strategy session.
- The leader has two options for scheduling the session:
- Offer Career Strategy Session (via recruit card)
- Located under the In School Pipeline section.
- Sends a one-time email and text to the recruit with a link to schedule on the Career Strategy Calendar (IS).
- When the recruit schedules via this link β they are automatically moved to the Scheduled Career Strategy stage.
- Manual scheduling by leader
- Leader schedules directly and manually moves the recruit to Scheduled Career Strategy.
- Note: No automated recruit-facing reminders are sent; all follow-up is the leaderβs responsibility.
